There are some other minor differences such as the grill fixing on the AC series is black and the VC series gold plated, the VC series also has a gold plated ring between the tweeter and the panel. The logo on the AC series is a gold plate inset on the sound boards, on the VC series it is in gold foil on the sound boards and on the bottom front of the speaker.
